Our Story
Built from the ground up
NavaQuote didn’t start with corporate backing or a franchise playbook. Callie built it herself from scratch, from home, one client at a time.
Based in Evans, Georgia, she serves families across the Southeast. Her understanding of local markets and state-specific regulations sets her apart from national agencies that lack local perspective.
She started NavaQuote because she saw too many people making expensive mistakes without an advocate in their corner— someone who would take the time to truly explain their options.
Today, NavaQuote is recognized as the Best Insurance Agency in Georgia 2025 by the Georgia Business Journal.
Educator & Advocate
Raising the bar for the entire industry
Through her YouTube channel, Callie educates thousands of viewers on Medicare decisions, insurance policy changes, and the things insurance companies hope you never find out. Complex topics, explained simply.
Her advocacy goes further than content. Callie has actively spoken out against problematic practices in the health insurance marketplace, fighting to protect clients from being unknowingly transferred to plans that compromise their coverage.
Transparency isn’t optional. It’s the entire job.
Our Philosophy
The right coverage changes everything
Insurance is one of those things most people buy and don’t think about again, until something goes wrong. Callie has seen what happens when coverage falls short: the claim that doesn’t pay out, the Medicare plan that doesn’t cover the doctor, the life insurance policy that wasn’t enough.
She will ask questions other brokers won’t ask. She will explain things other brokers assume you already know.
And she will be there after the sale for renewals, for claims questions, for the things that come up in the middle of the year when you need someone who actually knows your policy.
