How It Works With NavaQuote

  1. Check your subsidy first

Start with your household, expected income, and potential savings. That helps narrow the plans worth comparing.

  2. Compare the whole picture

Review on- and off-exchange options, then check premiums, doctors, prescriptions, and out-of-pocket costs.

  3. Have a person in your corner

Callie helps with enrollment and stays your point of contact for questions, changes, and the next renewal.

Common Questions

  • Does using a broker cost more than enrolling myself?

Our health insurance guidance is free to you. For the same ACA plan and application details, using a broker does not increase the carrier's premium. We're compensated by carriers, and Callie explains the costs of the options you compare.

  • What's the difference between on-exchange and off-exchange?

On-exchange plans are sold through the Marketplace and may qualify for premium tax credits. Off-exchange ACA-compliant plans are purchased outside the Marketplace and do not receive those credits. If you don't qualify for a subsidy, comparing both can help you understand your network and cost options.

  • Can I get help paying for Marketplace coverage?

Eligibility for premium tax credits depends on household income and other factors, including access to qualifying employer coverage. Callie can help review the application; the Marketplace determines eligibility.

  • When can I enroll in a health insurance plan?

Marketplace plans have annual Open Enrollment. Losing qualifying coverage, moving, or certain household changes may allow a Special Enrollment Period. Callie can help check your eligibility and the deadlines that apply in your state.

  • How do I know whether my doctors and prescriptions are covered?

Networks and covered-drug lists vary by plan and can change. Share your doctors, prescriptions, and pharmacies so Callie can compare the details before you choose.

  • Should I choose COBRA or an ACA plan?

COBRA can let you continue your employer plan, usually at the full premium plus an administrative fee. An ACA plan may cost less, especially if you qualify for a subsidy, but its network and benefits can differ. Callie helps compare both, including your enrollment deadlines and the care you already use.
