These disclosures explain NavaQuote's role and important limitations of information provided through our website and apps. Read them with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the documents supplied for your particular insurance transaction.
A quote is not coverage. Do not assume that insurance is in force, or that an existing policy has changed, until you receive confirmation from the insurer or an appropriately authorized representative.
1. Who we are
NavaQuote LLC is an independent insurance brokerage, headquartered in Augusta, Georgia, and organized in Delaware. NavaQuote is not the insurance company that issues and underwrites your policy.
Our agency National Producer Number (NPN) is 20971492, and our Georgia agency license number is 232406. An NPN is an identifier, not a substitute for a state license or a carrier appointment. Product and service availability depends on the applicable producer's authority, state licensing, carrier relationships, and the transaction involved. Please contact us to confirm availability and the relevant license information for your state before proceeding.
NavaQuote's property-and-casualty business is supported through its relationship with Blanchard Insurance. Depending on the transaction, other licensed producers and an issuing insurer may participate in evaluating, placing, or servicing your request. Ask us if you need clarification about which entity is acting in a particular role.
2. Availability and comparisons
We offer assistance only where the applicable licensing and other legal requirements permit it. Not every product, insurer, or plan is available in every location or to every applicant. Access to the Services does not constitute an offer of insurance in a jurisdiction where the transaction is not permitted.
Being independent does not mean that we represent every insurer or display every option in the market. A comparison reflects the products, information, and carrier access available for that request. We do not promise the lowest price, the greatest savings, or that a displayed option is suitable without considering your circumstances and the actual policy.
3. Estimates, underwriting, and binding coverage
Displayed prices, illustrations, and eligibility results may be estimates. A carrier may change a premium or decision after reviewing an application, consumer reports, claims history, health information where relevant, inspections, prior coverage, or other underwriting information permitted by law.
Completing a quote form, creating an account, submitting an application, uploading a document, requesting a callback, or receiving an automated message does not by itself bind coverage. Binding authority belongs to the insurer or its authorized representative, and coverage begins only under the terms and effective date of the applicable binding confirmation or insurance contract.
Review applicant information, coverage limits, deductibles, exclusions, conditions, and effective dates before accepting coverage. Do not cancel an existing policy solely because you have received a quote or started an application for a replacement.
4. Policy documents control
Coverage descriptions, FAQs, articles, app summaries, and examples are intended to help explain general concepts. They may omit qualifications or describe examples that do not apply to your policy. They are not policy forms, binders, certificates of coverage, or guarantees of claim payment.
The issued policy, applicable endorsements, and governing law determine coverage. The insurer evaluates claims under those terms. A producer's assistance with a claim does not transfer the insurer's coverage decision or payment obligation to NavaQuote. Contact the insurer promptly using the claim-reporting instructions in your policy; do not rely exclusively on a general website form or app chat for a time-sensitive notice.
5. Professional guidance and application accuracy
General information on the Services is educational, not individualized legal, tax, medical, or investment advice. Insurance guidance should be considered in light of your circumstances and the relevant licensed producer's role. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for matters outside that role.
Provide accurate and complete information and tell the relevant producer or insurer promptly about material changes or errors. A false statement or material omission can affect eligibility, pricing, cancellation, or coverage according to the policy and applicable law. Any fraud warning or certification required for a particular application is separate from this general disclosure.
6. Compensation, premiums, and fees
Insurance distribution can involve carrier commissions, brokerage compensation, or other arrangements, depending on the product and participants. Ask us about compensation relevant to your proposed transaction, including any agency fee or potential conflict. Any disclosure or consent required by applicable law must be provided as part of that transaction; this general explanation does not replace it.
An insurance premium is payable under the insurer's billing instructions and policy terms. A quote request or saved application does not establish that a premium has been paid. Do not send payment-card information or bank credentials through a general inquiry form or ordinary support email. Any NavaQuote fee must be separately disclosed as required before you incur it.
7. Medicare information
NavaQuote is not affiliated with or endorsed by the federal government or the Medicare program. Medicare-related insurance content may be a solicitation of insurance.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Information we provide is limited to the plans within our available offering. For information about all of your options, visit Medicare.gov, call 1-800-MEDICARE, or contact your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
Benefits, premiums, cost sharing, provider participation, formularies, service areas, and enrollment eligibility vary by plan and may change. Refer to the current plan documents and official Medicare resources. Where a particular marketing communication, appointment, or enrollment process requires a specific disclosure, plan-count statement, permission, or other CMS requirement, that requirement applies separately. This general page is not a replacement for transaction-specific Medicare disclosures.
8. Reports, privacy, and permissions
A privacy notice explains information practices; it is not a consumer-report authorization, a marketing opt-in, or an electronic-signature consent. A particular insurance transaction may require separate disclosures and permissions. Submitting another person's details does not itself authorize access to that person's consumer reports or health records.
Read the Privacy Policy for information practices and Communications & SMS Terms for communication choices. You can ask about your information through Privacy Requests & Account Deletion.
9. Policy changes, cancellation, and account deletion
For a coverage change, cancellation, renewal, or claim, follow the applicable insurer's instructions and obtain confirmation. Do not assume that sending a message completes the requested action.
Deleting a NavaQuote account, uninstalling the app, unsubscribing from messages, or exercising a privacy right does not itself cancel a policy, stop premium obligations, withdraw a claim, or remove records an insurer is required to retain.
10. Questions and complaints
Contact NavaQuote LLC at [email protected] or 706-600-8053 for questions about our role, licensing, a transaction, or a concern. Please avoid including sensitive identity, financial, or health documents in an initial email.
You may also contact the relevant insurer or your state insurance regulator. Nothing in these disclosures restricts your right to make a complaint, seek regulatory assistance, or exercise rights available under applicable law.
